  • Matthew Bullock

    Chief Executive Officer

    Chief Executive Officer of Gardian Holdings since 1997 and inventor of the Ty-Gard® and Shock-Gard® systems. Matthew is known as a logistics and securement leader with relationships across rail, ocean and trucking regulatory bodies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from George Washington University.

  • David Joyce

    Chief Financial Officer

    Chief Financial Officer since Somera's acquisition of the business in April 2024. Previously a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Paladin Private Equity, and Chief Financial Officer of Wineshipping and Resource Environmental Solutions. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M and is a Texas licensed CPA.

  • Steve Mote

    Chief Operating Officer

    Chief Operating Officer since April 2024, previously General Manager of Shock-Gard with operational and commercial support for Ty-Gard. Steve spent 16 years at Greif, including seven years as Vice President & General Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for commercial strategy, market expansion and client engagement at Gardian Holdings. David spent 38 years at DHL in senior executive leadership roles across global markets.

  • Rear Admiral John Meier

    Observer

    U.S. Navy Rear Admiral, first commanding officer of USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78). He assumed command of Naval Air Force Atlantic on May 1, 2020.
