Technology
Shock absorption, tested and tracked
Shock-Gard is proven to prevent damage: railroad impact testing shows the panel absorbs energy and springs back into shape for the next load. The patented EPS foam core is lightweight, cushioning and reusable, with high compression strength. Panels are AAR and US Army tested and approved. Strategically located reverse logistics facilities return panels to the pool. RFID chips embedded in each panel support inventory pool management, with a web-based panel tracking portal available.
