Industry
Cans, bottles, kegs and cases move by rail and intermodal in high volume. Every shifted pallet is a damaged pallet.
Problem
Boxcar coupling impacts and long highway hauls push stacked cases and kegs against the doors and against each other. Wood blocking and one-way dunnage have to be rebuilt for every load, and both leave debris at the dock. A pallet or keg that reaches the doors is a shifted load, a damage claim, and a rejected delivery.
Solutions
Reusable bulkhead for boxcars and trailers with an anti-microbial coated facing.
Shock-Gard Panel →Restraint band for palletized cases and kegs in containers and trailers; peels off with no residue.
Ty-Gard DS →Pre-cut Ty-Gard kits packaged in totes for repeat SKU load plans.
Bulk Packaging Kits →Applications
