Palletized cases move in temperature-controlled reefers, secured with Ty-Gard DS® — no residue, no contamination risk.

Problem

Reefer loads shift, and the securement can't contaminate the product

Palletized pharmaceutical cases travel in temperature-controlled reefers and double-stacked configurations, where braking and cornering can still shift a pallet against the doors. A shifted pallet risks damaged packaging and a rejected shipment. The securement method also has to avoid contaminating the load or leaving adhesive residue on cases and container walls, which rules out anything that can't be removed cleanly.

  • — Double-stacked pallets shift toward the doors under braking and cornering in reefer transit
  • — A shifted or damaged pallet risks a rejected shipment at the receiving dock
  • — Securement materials must peel away without residue or contamination risk
